SCOPE OF WORK 1. Vendor’s Audits of Statutory Compliances:
Principal Employers & Contractors are mandatorily required to adhere to the Rules and Regulations of various applicable enactments relating to Labour Law. Further, Contractors must ensure that they are in complete compliance and has obtained applicable Labour Law Registration and Labour Law Renewal under all applicable enactments so that consequences of default in doing so does not affect the Principal Employer. Therefore in order to avoid such legal consequences, the Principal Employer appoints Auditors to conduct Labour Law Audits on a periodical basis to check contractor's Labour Law compliances in respect of the workmen deployed by the Contractor at the premises of Principal Employer and to provide Labour Law Opinion with this regard
We conduct Periodical Labour Law Audits of Statutory Compliances under following process:
o Verifying the applicability of various labour law Acts & Rules
o Identifying instances of past and present non-compliance & its consequences
o Suggesting corrective action plans
o Inform about measures that your company need to take to become compliant with the applicable laws and regulations
o Audit reports will be on an exception basis, highlighting the violations of the provisions of the applicable labour laws identified during our audit
For the above purposes we inspect all documents and records pertaining to Labour Law compliance, to identify the instances of non-compliances if any due to which legal consequences, affecting the Principal Employer, may arise
2. To conduct Periodical Internal Statutory Audit of compliances under various Labour Enactments & to provide a consolidated Audit Report
3. To provide Checklist consisting details relating to compliance required under various enactments of labour law, in order to enable the clients to arrange all the required documents accordingly
4. Management Information System (MIS) with respect to compliance under various enactments of Labour Law
5. Periodical Audit of Statutory Notice Boards
o Share a checklist for continuity of maintenance by employees or others
o To check Abstracts, Notices displayed on the Notice Board of the premises;
o To provide abstracts or notices if the same is missing on the notice board;
o To share the updated abstracts or notices if the outdated one is displaced on the notice board;
o Examining Inspectors Visit book:
· To check the availability of such Visit Book at each facility; and
· To check the status of that Visit Book; and
· To check open issues if any; and
· the Compliance to be made in respect of such open issues accordingly
o On verification of above, shall prepare and share a Comprehensive Audit Report in this regard with suggestions for necessary actions to be taken. Format for the said Report will be shared with you later
6. Registration, Renewal, obtaining Sub-Code & Licence under applicable Enactments of Labour Law
7. Provide Statutory Formats of following:
· Forms
· Records
· Abstract
· Registers
8. Periodical Alerts in respect of following:
· Filing of Returns
· Submission of Forms & Records
9. Calculation of periodical liability & preparation of payment Challans accordingly
10. To Systematize and Regularize compliances under various applicable Enactments of Labour Law
11. Prepare and submit Periodical Returns required under various enactments of Labour Law
12. Provide updates relating to latest Amendments, Circulars & Notification in under various Labour Law Enactments
13. Provide necessary guidance to employee’s queries
14. Assistance at the time of Inspections & Visits by Inspector from the Labour Department as follows:
· To check the status of notices received by the Company from various labour departments and compliance made thereof on regular basis
· Convey the requirements of the Notices to the Client
· To ensure that client complies under all the requirements of the Notices issued by the Inspector
15. To provide Periodical Compliance Status Report to the client which will update the Management with all the information relating to the compliance & non-compliances under various enactments of Labour Law
16. Provide Management Mechanism of Statutory Compliance which consist of assessment of risk and scrutiny of the same so that the Directors of the Establishment are provided with certain level of ease in respect of Statutory Compliance which will enable them to focus on the core activity
17. Compliance under various enactment of Labour Law will also be made online as may be required under the respective enactments
18. Provide support & guidelines for drafting:

20. Correspondence with concerned Officials whenever required
